All fully finished jewellery pieces sold by Vulcan Jewellery come with a 6 month guarantee to cover all manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. Should there be any issues relating to a manufacturing defect, we will offer to remake the item free of charge. We will not action a remake until the faulty article has been received back at our head office for inspection. When the item is returned to us, our head goldsmiths will evaluate the piece to determine whether the issue is from a manufacturing defect or a fault from the customer. Photographic evidence may be used to support any claims. You, our customer, must get in touch with Vulcan Jewellery immediately to discuss the issues at hand by emailing us info@vulcanjewellery.com. We endeavour to use only the highest quality materials and skilled craftsmen to allow us to give you a quality product that will last. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our company. Repair work undertaken by Vulcan Jewellery has a 6 month guarantee unless stated otherwise. Should any faults arise from the area repaired by us, Vulcan Jewellery, we will rectify the issue in a timely manner free of charge. Our guarantee is void if the damage has been caused by you or your customer and the full price to repair will be quoted for. The estimated price for repair may change should any additional issues arise when repairing an item, as previous repair work to the item or poor metal/gemstone quality can cause unforeseen issues. Not all issues are visible until work has been started. For example, a ring mount sent in for repair could have porosity issues. This could cause the mount to damage further when repairing. You will be notified of any issues and price changes before the work is carried on with. It is then your choice should you wish for us to procced with the repair, or if you would like us to stop and return the item unfinished. Please note, any work that has been started will be charged for appropriately if the item is to be returned unfinished.
